Luna: the first unit is move-in ready

The first unit at Luna has cleared its final finishing stage — floors installed, space cleaned, ready for occupancy. Next on the sequence: the entrance, the space that sets every tenant's first impression.

The first unit at Luna has cleared its final finishing stage. The floor is installed, the space is clean, and it is ready for occupancy — the point in a repositioning where "under construction" stops being a caveat.

What "ready" means in practice

A unit reaching move-in-ready status is not a cosmetic milestone. It means mechanical, electrical, and finish work are complete and the space can be shown, measured, and leased without qualification. For a prospective tenant, that removes the single largest source of hesitation in evaluating a partially finished building: uncertainty about what the final product will actually look like.

Why the entrance comes next

With the first unit complete, the next phase shifts to the entrance — deliberately, not incidentally. The entrance is the one part of the building every tenant and every broker experiences before they see a single square meter of leasable space. Sequencing it after the first finished unit, rather than before, means the renovation is informed by what has already been learned on that unit, rather than guessing ahead of it.
