Pulse: five workstreams, one building
Tile work done on two floors, painting underway, electrical work continuing, entrance doors adjusted for the new multi-tenant layout, plastering finished. Pulse is moving fast.
Work is moving in high gear. Five things are happening at Pulse at the same time right now, and none of them are waiting on each other.
- Tile work on the ground floor and first floor is done.
- Painting is in full swing.
- Electrical work is ongoing throughout the building.
- The entrance doors have been adjusted for the new multi-tenant layout.
- Plastering is finished.
Tile work on the second floor finishes this week. Pulse is taking shape fast, and every one of these workstreams is visible if you walk the building right now.
Adjusting for multi-tenant
The entrance doors and partition walls are being reworked to fit the building's new reality: multiple tenants, not one. That means separate, secure entrances and clear divisions between units, built into the structure now rather than retrofitted later.
What's next
Second floor tile work wraps up this week. From there, painting and electrical work continue to completion, on a building that started this year stripped down to its shell: 4,250 sqm across six floors, with 109 parking spaces on site.
