The next step in the transformation is underway. MDW Tegelwerken has started on the toilet groups: new tile, cut and set by hand, replacing what was there when the building still looked like an office from another decade.
It is not the part of a renovation anyone photographs for a brochure. But it is the part people actually notice. A new lobby gets you in the door. A toilet that still looks and feels old tells you the rest of the building was never really finished either.
The secondary spaces get the same attention
